Build prices are for WordPress sites on Whizzo hosting. We can also build on your existing platform (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy) at the same price; the care plan then covers updates and changes but not hosting. Domain names, stock photos and premium plugins are extra and always agreed with you first. Extra pages $89 each.

Is the first concept really free? ▾

Yes. No card, no deposit, no invoice. You get a private link, you look, you decide. If it isn't right you walk away and we delete it.

Why would you do that for free? ▾

Because showing you a better website beats describing one. Most people who see their concept go ahead, and that's a better deal for both of us than a sales call.

Will you touch my live website? ▾

No. The concept is built on our own preview link. Your current site stays exactly as it is until you approve the new one and tell us to go live.

What do I need to send you? ▾

Just your web address and an email to send the concept to. If you've got newer photos, a new logo or updated prices, send them too, but it's optional.

Why do I have to confirm my email? ▾

Because bots love a free offer. After you hit the button we email you a one-click confirmation link. Click it and the roo gets to work. Ignore it and nothing happens. It also means your concept only ever goes to you, not to whoever typed your address in.

What if I don't like it? ▾

Then you pay nothing. No follow-up calls, no hard sell. We'll ask one question about what missed so we get better, and that's it.

Do you work with my platform? ▾

We build on WordPress on our own hosting by default, because it's the easiest for you to own and for us to look after. If you'd rather stay on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or GoDaddy we can build there too at the same price.

How long until the full site is live? ▾

Starter sites go live within 7 days of approval, Business sites within 10. The usual hold-up is waiting on content from you, so we'll give you a short checklist up front.

What happens after launch? ▾

You own the site, the domain and the content. Most clients stay on the $29 a month care plan so hosting, updates, backups and small changes are handled. If you'd rather manage it yourself, we hand everything over with a short video.

Who am I dealing with? ▾

Whizzo is a small Melbourne team. You deal with the same person by email from first concept to launch, and we reply within one business day. No ticket queues, no call centres.
